Nice buffet breakfast and an amazing roof top bar. Furthermore, the hotel is centrally located in Hanoi, walking distance to the lake, near most tourist sites, and in the heart of the shopping and eating spots. Totally enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We checked into this property because another hotel we were at was just not right for our needs. It was very cramped and just did not have the space we wanted. Somerset came through and had a kitchen, 2 seperate bedrooms, and 2 TVs and a washer/dryer combo. It was great for what we needed. Please note we did stay at a Somerset in Shenzhen and it was awesome as well. Somerset to the rescue. We did notice a few minor challenges with cleanliness. But nothing major"

"Central location, room was modern for the area. Breakfast was just ok with about 150m walk to a sister hotel. As no cars can access street a tricky 50m walk with luggage can be a challenge to the hotel as in a busy street. "

"I was skeptical of the location when coming from the airport. But it is walking distance from the Old Quarter, St Joseph’s and train street. The hotel was incredible. Luxurious on a smaller scale. Staff was incredibly friendly. The place was clean and the breakfast buffet was very good. All around an amazing place. Louisa was extremely hospitable and welcoming! "
