"Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. "I enjoyed my stay even though it was only for a night.
I got the room on the 2nd floor, which had a little balcony and kitchen. I was quite amazed at how spacious the room was given that the building looked small from the outside.
Room was clean and water pressure is good. Bed is firm - I had a good sleep.
Well located with cafes within 5 walking distance. Old quarters is an easy 15-20 min walk away.
I would stay here again if I return to Hanoi!"

"We stayed for 4 nights, in two separate reservations as we went on a cruise at Ha Long Bay. The hotel staff were courteous to save our large luggage at their storage until we returned for the second stay.
The staff at the reception and the restaurants were helpful and courteous.

Shopping, souvenir shops, michelin guide restaurants, and Old Quarter landmarks like the hoan kiem lake, and puppet show, were conveniently located near the hotel and within 5-10 minutes walk depending on your phase.
Room is not too spacious but really comfortable. They have universal plugs in their room, so travel adaptors are not really a necessity. They always keep the room clean and tidy.
Spa/massage is open till late and willing to accommodate you despite the time.
On our last day, since we left early, they have also prepared packed breakfast for us to eat during our travel.
For the complimentary breakfast, they offer beef, chicken, and vegetable Phở in addition to the buffet set up meals. You have to order it in the counter together with your preferred eggs however, they don't take note of the orders."
