Great place to stay. The manager (or owner, I am not sure) was very helpful and accomodating, pointing us to the best places to visit/park in Florence city. There were great breakfast options on site and the rooms are very clean despite not being a 5-star hotel. Thank you for hosting us during our 1-night stay in Florence!

The property is beautiful and very clean and well maintained. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Fabrizia(sp) was was a gracious host and accommodating. She provided us with valuable touristic information. The reason I took one star away from the rating was no exterior security lighting at night, especially climbing up flights of stairs was not safe. But we would still recommend this property. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Thank you Fabrizia.

Stayed 4 nights in October. Easy on/off highway. Although located close to the highways, background noise is very low and did not bother a light sleeper like me. Nice, clean rooms. Bed rather comfortable and loved the shower. Breakfast buffet nicely done with your daily choice of fresh pastries. Although outside Florence, there is a bus stopping right outside the drive way every 20 minutes. Bus ride takes 20 minutes. Closest stop about 10 minute walk to Vecchio bridge. Bus tickets available at the B&B. Kudus to the proprietor Fabrizia! Caring, friendly, and great introduction to the area, restaurants, bus connections and info material. We felt comfortable. Recommended location.

Boa localização se você ainda tem lugares pra visitar fora de Florença. Porém o ar condicionado parou de funcionar as 1:30 PM e só voltou a funcionar horas depois.

Struttura a 15 minuti dal centro di Firenze, immersa nel verde, a due passi dall'autostrada. Parcheggio comodo in loco, vicinissima fermata del bus che passa ogni 20 minuti per il centro di Firenze. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Gentilezza del personale.

Great place to stay near Florence

Great place to stay! Nice and clean room. It's near a highway, but we didn't mind that at all. We could park our car here safely behind the gate. The breakfast is good, not too many choices but enough. It's very easy to get to Florence by bus from here. The road is dark though, and there is no sidewalk, so you should really watch out for yourselves if you walk to the town or the bus stop. Fabrizia is a great hostess who is very helpful! She gave us some recommendations about places we could visit. If you go here, you should really take her advice. We would love to come back here one day.

Good Stay for a Low Price

This was a nice stay for two quick nights. It was very warm though at night. They control the AC so you do not get to lower the temperature if you are warm and I will say the bed was a little uncomfortable. They had a nice breakfast spread for a great price in the morning. It was only about 5 euro per person and you got a lot. The owners were very kind and helpful with directions to the city and other locations. Another thing to note, you are right next to the freeway so it is a little loud.

Great value, short few bus stops from Florence.

Place was great. We came to see Florence and on the budget so we did not mind few stops on the bus to get there. Lady at the front desk (I do apologize but I forgot her name) was extremely helpful explaining absolutely everything we needed to know for our next day expedition. I can't stress enough how helpful she was so we thank you.

Comodo per autostrada e limitrofi.

Struttura interessante in posizione strategica perché di fatto è in prossimità del casello autostradale di Firenze Impruneta ( 300 metri in linea d’aria ) . La vista dalla camera è sull’autostrada. Devo dire che però la camera è molto silenziosa. Personale cordiale e disponibile; buona colazione più o meno locale e internazionale comunque compatibile con B&B. Pulizia generale buona anche se la doccia a mio avviso non era molto pulita. Inoltre la doccetta non permetteva una buona uscita del getto d’acqua. Per il resto un buon compromesso. Prezzo leggermente alto per location e altri piccoli dettagli. In ogni caso se dovesse capitare di tornare in zona probabilmente ci tornerei.

This property is very tired. It is very sterile in the decor category....not one picture on any wall in our room or the breakfast room. Our room & common dining room were very cave-like with inadequate lighting. We tried to sit outside but the noise from the autostrada & the constant horn honking from the back side of the property were less than relaxing. We were not allowed heat until 7pm.......We loved their cat!!!

Ho deciso di trascorrere un weekend a Firenze con la mia famiglia . Ho prenotato per il weekend 23/24 marzo. Siamo stati accolti con molta cordialità, abbiamo sbrigato il check in. Ci sono state fornite dettagliate indicazioni su come raggiungere il centro cittadino e sui luoghi di maggiore interesse. Abbiamo potuto acquistare i biglietti del bus in loco, con risparmio. L’appartamento era molto pulito, confortevole e silenzio. Al mattino abbiamo trovato una colazione che ha soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative, con cornetti e panini caldi, cappuccino e una assortimento di marmellate, nutella, miele, fette biscottate, biscotti, yogurt, succhi di frutta e acqua. Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, contiamo di tornare e suggeriremo la struttura ad amici e parenti. Un grazie caloroso al personale.

Piacevole sorpresa appena fuori dall'autostrada

Bella struttura, ristrutturata molto bene mantenendo le condizioni "rustiche" (nell'accezione positiva ovviamente) tipiche della zona. L'accoglienza è ottima e tutte le persone si sono date da fare per farmi sentire a mio agio. Data la vicinanza all'autostrada, direi che è stato fatto un ottimo lavoro per l'isolamento acustico con l'esterno visto che mentre sei in camera nemmeno ti ricordi che è li. Colazione semplice, ma la sala in cui la si fa (vedi foto) è di per se già una grande soddisfazione!! Ottima la posizione sia per turismo che per affari. Grazie per l'ospitalità, sicuramente ci tornerò quando sarò nuovamente in zona.

B&B bom em Florença ,

Este B&B atendeu nossas necessidades, estávamos de carro, sem carro não é interessante, bom café da manhã, ele é antigo( como tudo em Florença) mas muito limpo, quartos grandes.
