"The staff was fantastic. Christopher, the bellhop manager was the best he was so accommodating. He was so friendly. My only issue is that we got a smoking room and although I understand, it’s very hard to get rid of smoke smell when a new customer goes into a smoking room for the first time there should be some type of ventilation or strong or air fresheners because when we walked into the room, it had a very very strong smoke odor still. "For a top reviewed hotel and casino, this place is just disappointing. We had a dirty room before we even stayed in it. No view, just a roof. Garbage left from whoever was there before. After speaking to someone about a couple issues we were given the first night resort fee back, however, issues kept happening. We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more . "Upon check-in, we were assigned adjoining rooms (1826–1827). Both rooms had broken thermostats, leaving the rooms unreasonably cold completely inappropriate, especially considering there were young children (all under the age of six) present. W had to put two of our asthma children on their machines for treatment due to this and addition, the smoke detector in room 1827 went off continuously throughout the night. We reported these issues multiple times, both overnight and again in the morning....
