"Tudo excelente! Não perde nada para um hotel 5 estrelas, comida boa, profissionais gentis, prestativos e receptivos, quarto perfeito, design incrível. Os pequenos detalhes fizeram a diferença como o varal no banheiro para secar roupa de banho, o chuveiro quente e com pressão, as atividades e o espaço. Se puder sugerir algo pequeno seria aumentar a temperatura da piscina aquecida e facilitar o uso da sauna, para usar, é necessário ligar para a recepção, esperar virem ligar e o aquecimento. Queria fazer uma limpeza de pele mas os pacotes são tinham essa opção. De mais tudo ótimo! Obrigada"

"This was my first time in Ilhabela and I’m grateful I chose to stay here! The staff were so amazing the minute I checked in and recommended so many great beaches and restaurants. The room was extremely clean and just like the pictures. The view from the pool over looking the beach and mountains is magical. You’re close to everything and can walk to restaurants and beach. I love to run so if you do to I’d recommend a run during the day or at night . I will definitely stay here again!"
