"I am surprised this place is only 1 star, I would say it's a 3 star really. Being really picky but the telly in the room could of been bigger. I guess what should be included is a mosquito net, the mosquitoes on this island are savage. I had bites on bites. I was bathing in mosquito repellent and still was getting bitten."

"Simplesmente encantadora! Essa foi a nossa segunda vez na pousada e, com certeza, não será a última. Já virou o nosso cantinho preferido em Ilhabela! O café da manhã é simples, mas feito com muito carinho, delicioso! Ficamos na suíte master, com hidromassagem perfeita com água quente e fria, TV smart grande e tudo sempre muito limpo e organizado. "Razoável o atendimento, as acomodações, café da manhã. Um ponto positivo eram as toalhas novas, de boa qualidade. Um ponto negativo é que a pousada não oferece como cortesia toalhas para piscina e para praia. O quarto era no 2 pavimento, e nada acessível para minha mãe de 70 anos. Não nos foi oferecido uma opção que estava disponível no 1 andar. Achei que o do quarto escutava muito barulho da rua, de carros e motos. Não conseguimos descansar muito. "

"Travelled with 2 adults and 2 kids. Got a double room. Lots of space, beautiful pool. Excellent chef! Unfortunately there was an issue with the plumbing and our toilet flooded twice. The hotel asks you to put your used toilet paper in the garbage -while gross this apparently is standard in Brazil. We did that the whole time yet it still flooded. Which was gross. The hotel was really good about it and moved us to another room but it was a major inconvenience. "

"Hotel bom, um pouco antigo. O quarto que fiquei tinha uma varanda mas a lâmpada estava queimada. Reclamei e disseram que a manutenção só está lá de seg a sexta. O hotel é bem limpo, principalmente o quarto. A piscina estava turva e a água verde nos 2 dias que estive lá. Tive um problema pessoal durante minha estadia e o pessoal do hotel me deu total suporte. Destaque pra Marina da recepção. Obrigada !"
