The resort is beautiful with a great location and views from the balcony. The pool is very nice and heated and the buffet breakfast is very good. The room was was spacious for 2 people

all the staff was very kind and very helpful and was very kind to the child . a lovely place with beautyful environment .they give us pink bananas fram the plant close to their pool which was really tasteful.

The bed is very comfortable and the shower is really good. The breakfast is great with a big variety of fruits and pastries. The room is spacious and the hotel is well located. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is that we celebrated our anniversary there and different than all the hotels we chose to celebrate the date in the past they didn’t offer anything to make it special. Usually hotels gift you with a little sweet something or a bottle of champagne or an upgrade, but they didn’t do anything to make the stay special and we booked a room that was not cheap. Instead they put us on a room with a kid that cried all night lol ( that is really not their fault). We stayed for 5 nights.

Hotel Muito Bom, Quarto Excelente, Localização Ótima, Porém o Restaurante estava em reforma o elevador quebrou exatamente no momento que estávamos fazendo o Check Out. Mas o que mais chamou a atenção foi o atendimento. O pessoal em geral é despreparado em relação à cordialidade com os hóspedes. Muito exigentes e sem jogo de cintura, acabam tornando a estadia uma escola rígida onde o hóspede não consegue relaxar. Por erro da Hotéis.Com, fizeram a minha reserva para um bebê de 1 ano mas minha filha tem 9 anos. Até aí tudo bem, porém não deixaram sequer entrarmos no hotel sem antes pagarmos o valor correspondente. Descemos com copo térmico do quarto para a piscina e quiseram verificar se o copo estava vazio pois não admitiam bebida que não fosse solicitada na piscina mesmo que fosse do frigobar do próprio hotel. Pedimos toalhas para a piscina e após pedirmos a troca de uma elas que minha filha havia molhado excessivamente sem querer não quiseram entregar outra. Tivemos quase que implorar para liberarem. Pedimos uma cerveja na piscina que veio acompanhada de um copo de plástico (tudo bem isso), mas quando entrei na parte rasa da piscina veio correndo o funcionário pedir para que eu saísse da piscina com o copo de plástico pois eram as regras do hotel. Em suma, não conseguimos relaxar pois ficávamos o tempo todo preocupados se estávamos infringindo alguma regra do hotel

Ficamos no apto 201, vista maravilhosa e melhor espaço interno, tivemos um pequeno problema do ar condicionado (que foi prontamente verificado), como era uma questão que não podia ser solucionado de imediato fomos transferidos para o 301, que seria 1 categoria acima, tbm maravilhoso, mais ainda me agradou a disposição do apto 201. Ambos com vistas espetaculares.

Ultrapassou nossas expectativas! Quarto limpo e com uma ótima decoração, funcionários muito solícitos, em especial o sr. Décio do restaurante Flamboyant, a sra. Val que nos recepcionou e o Bruno da recepção, e os garçons do restaurante, todos muito cordeais e prestativos desde antes mesmo do check-in até o check-out. Mesmo o hotel estar passando por algumas obras ao lado da piscina para melhor nos atender - previsão de término em Junho/25 - , isso de nada atrapalhou nossa estadia. Com certeza voltarei e ficarei mais dias. Recomendo de olhos fechados!

Música alta no restaurante do hotel.

O nosso quarto ficava bem em cima do restaurante e nele todos os dias tinha música ao vivo até tarde da noite. Nós que gostamos de tranquilidade foi péssimo. Reclamamos no hotel e nos limitaram a dizer que ficava até tarde mesmo a música alta. Café da manhã bom, atendimento bem mediano. Toalhas da piscina só pode usar uma vez por dia, ok pela sustentabilidade mas quando tem crianças é mais difícil usar só uma toalha. O serviço na piscina é bem salgado, caro mesmo. Superior a todos os hotéis que já ficamos. O restaurante do hotel também com menu bem acima da média. No geral a estadia foi boa mas não voltaremos mais.

Ótima opção em Ilhabela

Fiquei hospedado no novo prédio do hotel. Quarto espaçoso, agradável, limpo e com ótima vista. O hotel tem um bom restaurante e muitos espaços para lazer e relaxamento. A localização é excelente, entre o Perequê e o centro histórico. Único ponto negativo na estadia foi a realização de uma obra no novo prédio, à vista de todos, principalmente a quem frequentava a piscina. Nada contra a obra, necessária, mas ela estava sendo realizada de forma precária. A Gerência foi alertada e resolveu a questão, ao menos até minha saída.
