A pousada é bem localizada. Vista da piscina e do restaurante é espetacular. Quartos Ok. Como fiquei perto da entrada no térreo, achei um pouco barulhento. Amei o café da manhã e a mesa posta muito linda e organizada.

Cumpre o básico

Os pontos negativos é que no quarto 13 na parte da cama de casal o sinal wifi simplesmente não chega. A pia do banheiro entope facilmente, tem poucas tomadas pelo quarto. Café da manhã básico sem nenhum grande diferencial. Pontos positivos é a piscina ser grande e limpa, funcionários muito educados, e a pousada em si é linda com uma excelente vista e bom estacionamento.

Quarto e local em geral muito limpo e organizado, atendimento excelente e de muito boa qualidade, pessoas muito atenciosas e prestativas, tudo de melhor pra uma hospedagem. Que pousada maravilhosa, simplesmente perfeita. No primeiro atendimento já nos sentimos em casa. Todos que trabalham na pousada são extremamente educados e bem receptivos, e sempre dispostos a ajudar. A estrutura do local é muito confortável, tudo muito bem conservado e muito limpo. Além de ser a poucos metros da praia. E o café da manhã! Que banquete maravilhoso. Nas próximas vezes que retornar a ilhabela, ja sei onde ficar, com certeza na pousada Altamira.
