The only problem that we had was trying to book another room for our family--after repeated attempts, the hotel computer system continued to prevent us from reserving and paying for the room. Although the problem was ultimately resolved over several days, it was a very frustrating experience. "

"Liliana and Joana were both so nice and accommodating during our stay. They made sure that we were comfortable in our rooms, had suggestions for restaurants and places to see, and made sure we had fresh towels and linens.
