"Room was clean , good facilities , but staff is not helpful , did not bring us welcome drink as promised . Lacking Hotel security measure such as key fob ( card ) wasn’t needed when going up to the room floors ."

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

Per Hong Kong law, they cannot provide specific amenities, but there was a healthy supply of toothbrushes, combs, slippers, and toothpaste. Staff was helpful and spoke English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. The lobby and rest of the building was nice and cool, and the lobby provides hot and cold water for refills, as well as free coffee. They will also store your luggage before and a little after checking in and out....
