"The location of this hotel is perfect! It is across the street from the Royal Palace and within walking distance to Gran Via, Plaza Major, Plaza del Sol, etc. Staff was nice. Only thing was, I stood for 4 nights and the AC did not work. I brought it up to their attention twice and no one stopped by to take a look at it. They gave me instructions over the phone and it still didn't work. They also didn't have an Iron in the room.. I asked front desk for one and they said they didn't have enough and couldn't provide one for me so I had to walk around on my vacation with wrinkle clothes right out the luggage. On the 3rd day, I had to ask again and then they gave me one. Other than that, it was nice and property and room was clean and quite."

"The breakfast menu was excellent! The food was diverse and tasty. The location was prime for us. We were able to do anything we needed in the neighborhood. And when we wanted to venture out, the train/subway station, and included a mall, was right across the street. "
