"Disappointed !!!! They don’t respected the client expectations and don’t fulfill the needs of their customers and worst don’t respect their own promises and standards and promises. Manipulative behaviour for not doing what doing what that was supposed to be done for special events, my birthday, … they destroyed my plans and didn’t assume the responsibility The toilet had problem The check experience was poor For a 5 stars hotel, I never experienced any issues like these."

"The Staff, Breakfast, Service, and Location were great. The only problem was that the quality of the sofa mattress was so bad. We did let the hotel staff know and they will do something about it in future. This is why I did not rate five stars. "

"We stayed at room 2222, it needs a wooden door in the bathroom because the glass door offers zero privacy. It also has one glass wall in the shower. The room was small and hot even when the heat was off and the window only opens a few inches. The air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay. The hotel offers buffet service for breakfast, lots of options. The area where the hotel is located is walkable, it has a subway station very close and there are a lot of restaurants in the area."

"Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too."

"Location is great and convenient. There is a common area that you can buy things from the supermarket next to it and eat there. It is very close to the Principle Pio, so easy for those who wants to visit Avila or El Escorial. It seems also quite a safe choice. Overall it worth every penny. I will rate it 4.5 for the sound insulation not so great. "
