"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, the location is poor and not convenient at all. The parking area had a strong unpleasant smell, which made it even more uncomfortable upon arrival.
But the worst part was the check-in process. Despite having a valid international ID, the staff refused to let me, my wife, and our baby stay because we didn’t have an Algerian ID. This policy was never mentioned during booking, and the way it was handled was unprofessional and...

"It wasn't worth the price tbh, before I changed the room, most of the lamps didn't function and the TV as well and there was a dirty towel. After I changed the room, the light was there but the bathroom was a mess; the shower head was broken and the toilet's flush didn't work. All in all, didn't feel like a 4 stars hotel from the mess, except that the room was big. I recommend "best night 2 hotel" 3 stars and way better than this one."

"Good location, a good choice of hotel in Algiers. The breakfast spread was wonderful in terms of choice, the view from the rooftop restaurant waa fabulous, staff were helpful, the hotel was value-for-money for the price paid. I couldn't figure out a few things in the room - how the ac worked (though I didn't really need it), why the tv switched off by itself in late evening and then switched on again only in the morning (though I am not an avid TV watcher during travel). So, these weren't deal...
