When I arrived one staff member was very lovely and professional, but then the manager came and was very unfriendly because I arrived earlier then planned (my internal flight was rescheduled. I had to oay additional fees for early check-in anyway so I didn't understand the agressivity. The room was not cleaned properly (lots of hair in the lavatory which were very easy to spot, mirrors dirty and dust in the bedroom, ventilation seems to have not been cleaned for ages). Customer service inexistant: called Front desk and Guest Services many times without answer. Finally got a response after 3 hours, to tell me that they couldn't support me for a telephone cable (which which should be a basic service). Order a shuttle to the airport for the next day at 6:30, at 6:45 still no show and no support, finally decided to walk to the airport to avoid missing my flight. Whole experience very disappointing for the level of this hotel.
