When I checked at the hotel, a manager told me that I needed to pay 10000 DZ($75) to use the pool, which was was included in my reservation. Then he said that I’m not allowed to the pool because I’m a single guy and it was only reserved for women. Their website or Expedia description doesn’t mention anything like that. I mainly paid to use the hotel amenities such as the pool but ended up not been allowed. Very disappointing.

Worst experience ever

Horrible experience. The hotel is too expensive for what it offers. The internet connection is horrible and that even affects making payments witth the credit card. Besides that, the hotel claims that they have a 24/7 shuttle service, which is not true. Because of that I had to leave the hotel 8 hours prior to my flight and they didn't mention that the taxi only accepted their local currency, The hotel staff doesn not trust the customers and forces you to pay for meals before you have them, they don't let the meals be charged to the room number. The hotel cleanliness is subpar by even the most lenient standards. The bathroom floor was so dusty that the white rug became brown as soon as it got wet.

La entrada, lenta y fue a las 03.00 hr por retraso avion y demas Codigo wifi q m vieron, viejo ( esta mañana me han dado el bueno ) Habitacion SIN TOALLAS, casi sin papel WC Aire acondicionado no se paraba Habitacion austera para un precio de 154€+ tasas ciudad + 20€ desayuno.... y todo esto para estar solamente, 6 hr realmente vergonzoso, estoy reconsiderando si la oferta Hoteles.com es la apropiada o debo de cambiar para futuros viajes de compañia/proveedor de mis estancias Gracias

Le personnel est au top surtout le personnel qui s’occupe du parking à l’entrée de l’hôtel qui sont juste au top - Pour nettoyage c’était pas top notamment les chambres la salle de bain malgres tout ils font leurs maximum sa se voit je pense qu’il manque du personnel de nettoyage - petit déjeuner top varier et de bonne qualité - mauvais point la piscine à l’étage est payante et chère ce qui n’est pas indiquer lors de la réservation et j’avais réservé l’hôtel justement pour la piscine. Néanmoins l’hôtel reste correcte dans l’ensemble.

Le ménage n'était pas bien fait dans notre chambre il y'a pleins de miettes en dessous du lit. J'ai demandé à que ce soit aspirer car j'ai un bébé qui rampe mais sous le lit ça n'a pas était fait c'est dommage au vue du prix de la chambre. De plus la piscine intérieur n'était pas entretenue et un des bassins n'était pas remplis. La piscine extérieur à l’étage en supplément n’était pas disponible car il y avait un tournage télé ….

Points négatifs: chambre sale, porte fenêtre vitre cassé avec un enfant qui marche à 4 pattes pas du tout en sécurité, tapis et moquette non aspiré, cheveux part terre, traces de tasses à café qui colle sur table de nuits, lorsque l’on demande un drap car il fait chaud dehors, on nous dis que la couette suffit car il y a la clim donc il a fallut expliquer que l’on ne met pas la clim à cause du bébé, l’agent d’entretien qui toc et sonne et insiste à 9h du matin dans la chambre (nous dormions car nous sommes en vacances…) pour nous dire à quelle heure on part Attention: la piscine que vous voyez en photo n’est pas accessible payante cher par personne et même si on la souhaite soit il y a un shooting photo soit elle est privatisé pour un événement. La piscine disponible et gratuite se trouve au -1 côté spa et la bas vous avez que des hommes qui se baigne qui nous regarde avec insistance malgré le faite que l’on soit habillé c’était juste pour faire profiter les enfants. Aucune piscine disponible, nous n'avons pas été prévenus alors que j'ai choisi cet hôtel uniquement pour la piscine !!! Nous étions 3 dans les chambres et chaque jour, nous avions des équipements pour 2 (serviettes de bain, dosettes de café, bouteilles d'eau). Pas de couette pour la 3ème personne. Il fallait toujours réclamer.

Stora, rena och välutrustade rum, vänlig, serviceinriktad personal, restaurangen och poolen på taket var inte öppen då vi var där, men poolen på plan -2 var mycket bra, även om den var i viss behov av omsorg.
