"On the website it stated they had complimentary s’more kits to use by their outdoor fire pits. The lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t know what we were talking about. I had two little boys that were disappointed that they couldn’t make s’mores. It also said the same thing on the napkin holders while eating breakfast. Our tv had issues and we needed a person to come to the room to deal with the receiver."

"I stay at Grouse usually in the fall for hockey. This was my first time staying in May. The largest draw to this hotel is their hot-tub and sauna. It was not advertised until check in that they were doing remodeling on that area so it’s closed until June. The onsite restaurant is a nice benefit to this place however the walls are notoriously thin at this hotel and the air conditioner does not keep the room cool enough as it’s very outdated. "This hotel has a great central location. Comfy beds, clean rooms, 3 towels for 4 people even after asking for 4 all week. Not housekeepings fault its managements policy?? ADJUST PEOPLE IN CHARGE!!! The breakfast buffet was very well stocked w a variety of healthy choices includiing gluten free each day. Coffee was fresh made per cup, but a bit weak for my liking.
