"Very clean. But smaller than I expected"

"This was an immaculate little cabin. So cozy, and I wish I'd had more time to spend here. A cute woodsy aesthetic, a friendly and helpful check-in staff (they even put a breakfast basket in there), and a clean and cozy bathroom. It *may* be expensive like it was for me to get some sort of taxi service to West Glacier about 11 miles away if you don't have a car, but I happened to be there on the 3rd of July when prices were ramped up, I think. The place itself is awesome."

"The location is extremely convenient and there were several thoughtful extras placed in our rooms for our use that were not expected, but very appreciated! Rooms are spotless and the décor is modern, but very comfortable. Walking distance from several local business worth checking out, but closer than almost any other place to west glacier so it's easy to beat the morning traffic!"

"I rented 5 condos for 4 nights. They all were the same price yet some were so much better . They are old and need to be renovated. The bathrooms are very tight. Toilet very low and shower. Only had 1 towel for 5 nights. The towels were very worn . The floor boards had thick dust on all units. Walls needs at least spot cleaning. The main pool was nice but very dirty. "The staff was super nice and helpful. I mentioned in passing that I couldn’t get a room with two queens and the person at the desk said, “we just had a cancellation, let me upgrade you.” Was such a nice surprise!!!"

"I’d like to start by saying the staff were wonderful. The property however leaves something to be desired. The rooms were dirty with dust built up over months or years. The rooms lacked a lot of things you expected from a hotel like iron/board, functional outlets and A/C. The restaurant was only open for dinner and nowhere nearby offered breakfast. The proximity to the national park must be the reason the rooms were so expensive because the ambiance of the train squeaking and the horn blowing...

"Brand new property (2026) but forgot sound insulation as every squeak or fart - up, down, next door, hall way - can be heard. Amenities- what would that be?? Coffee by cup, a piece of fruit and an off brand chocolate or fake blueberry muffi -wrapped in sweaty plastic. Ikk and gross. No desk help present at our 6:00 am checkout even after numerous bell rings. I would never stay here again, Expensive and clear - the business plan/design was, cheap, NO amenities and under staffed... fooled me...
