"Everything was pretty much perfect except 2 things- 1) We accidentally put our debit card on hold first and the hold didn’t expire until 3 nights later. And 2) The Starbucks inside the hotel served us ice cold pizza but they gave us free cookies to compensate and were very nice about it. "

"Love the rooms. Kitchen, separate sitting and bedrooms. Dont like parking separate pay and must load an app or scan code when you used to be able to pay at desk and just a few years ago didn’t have to pay for parking. Just add it to room total. Hate what hotels are doing with sneaky fees. Then to top that off if you want to use the washer and dryer you have to add another app to your phone. For these reasons will be looking for a different hotel in the future. Loved the place in past years"

"Stayed here on an overnight layover, and was impressed. As a woman who frequently travels alone, I prize a feeling of security, and I certainly had that here. Very clean and spacious, especially for the price. Transport from and to the airport was easy and timely. Several good restaurants in walking distance. "Friendly and efficient hotel and shuttle driver staff. Nice they have better bath products. Big fat chair was filthy.Bed was great.controls on ac and tub drain broken but overall better than most airport hotels.breakfast was fine."
