"I would suggest steering well clear of this property. The actual property is in a good location and is a nice little place to stay with a couple of bedrooms, a common lounge, kitchen, and bathroom. However, the check-in process was beyond diabolic. After I had booked, I was subsequently asked to pay an additional security deposit, and then asked to pay an additional amount of funds because they said they didn't have my reservation. "I'm really not sure how this place has the high reviews that it does. Maybe there's a part of the hotel I did not see that warrants the praise. Otherwise, this place is dated and in pretty rough shape to say the least. I didn't expect too much for the price point, but I was still surprised at just how bad it was. There were stains on everything that can be stained - towels, carpet, chairs, wallpaper, any and all upholstered trim, somehow even the ceiling. Decorative soft trim in the room was frayed, separating and falling down, retracting blinds were torn, broken and crooked, a/c unit and ventilation ducts were full of dust and couldn't keep up with the heat outside. Oh, and there's one single elevator for the entire facility, and some parking areas only have stair access to the hotel. It's an accessibility nightmare... Don't be fooled by the photos like I was, I really considered just eating the cost and finding a different hotel for the night."

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We were not informed about the paid parking until a day after check-in. The hot tub and ice machines were out of service, and the breakfast area was chaotic, with food and spilled milk left sitting on the counters. Every seating table in the breakfast area was covered in food grime and crumbs. In our room, pictures had fallen off the walls, and when we pulled back the sheets, we found black hairs in the bed, making us question the cleanliness of the room. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations."

"Messaged the hotel a week prior to checking in to see if a possible slightly earlier check in would be possible, only to receive a response a day before the trip basically a copy and paste of the hours of checking in and shuttle times. No acknowledgment of my actual question. Plans had ended up changing and the person that was traveling with me, my mother, ended up staying home. Day of check in, the site said check in was 3, but I actually did not get there until 9pm due to the events I was attending (noted in my message to them). The staff was rude when I got there and acted like me showing up was an inconvenience. When I got to my room, and got settled I found that none of the outlets worked, the AC was out, the phone did not work, and even the TV was welcoming a different guest with a different room number. I had to go back downstairs to get this resolved and there was a different staff working. She did not apologize and her response was that she would send maintenance when they had a chance. This is unacceptable. Knowing I was extremely tired from traveling all day I reiterated that they needed to be there immediately as I had another event in the morning. About 10 mins after getting back to my room I heard the AC kick on and the control panel had power, maintenance knocked. Magically there was power. This is completely unacceptable as all of this should have been checked hours ago. I will never go there again."
