I asked for a later checkout (due to being screwed by Frontier airline delays and arriving a 4am). The night attendant told me I had to call the morning attendant before checkout time to get that approval.
I accidentally woke around 9:00 a.m. and asked for a checkout extension. She said the best that she could do was 11:30 a.m.
I'm thinking that an airport hotel should have a noon check out time for all guests as the standard.
The shuttle comes every half an hour and it leaves from the hotel on the half hour... so, 7 or so minutes after it leaves the hotel it will show up to pick you up at the airport.
It's really nice that they have this available 24 hours. This is actually the second time I stayed here. And it's mainly because of the price and the reliable shuttle.
The rooms are pretty nice, it feels like they did it right the first time. That being said, my tub did have a crack running down from the handicap rail, and the shower head had a pathetic amount of pressure.
