"We were very satisfied with the property and staff. It was so clean and spacious, very close to subway, lots of restaurants attractions near by the property, very convenient to anywhere. On top of that, the staff are very efficient to help with anything. I would highly recommend this property and I would definitely come back."

"We chose this hotel because the location was perfect. It’s about in the middle of the Nanjing Road pedestrian area. The hop-on-hop-off bus has a stop immediately adjacent to the hotel, and another just a couple blocks away. The lobby is on the second floor. You can walk up a steep flight of stairs on Nanjing Road or you can walk into the attached garage and take an elevator to the lobby. Our room was not very large, but adequate for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the shower was quite good with consistent temperature and strong spray. Like most China hotels, bottled water is provided for free. If you need more, they will bring it to your room. The buffet breakfast was good and had windows looking out over Nanjing Road. It was a good environment. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed for 6 nights in June and the Hotel was not what we had expected at all, there were issues with room security which were ultimately dealt with but the initial response was very poor and almost dismissive. The pool was unavailable with an option of a taxi to the other side of the city as an alternative, which we had not been advised of when booking, and concierge staff seemed arrogant and not particularly helpful."
