During my stay, I shared a few personal observations regarding areas that could be improved. The team was very receptive to the feedback, which speaks highly of their commitment to guest satisfaction and continuous improvement. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. "Todo estuvo excelente, la comida es riquisima, felicito al chef y a todos los que trabajan en el restaurante, las instalaciones estan muy bien cuidadas, la ubicacion es excelente y muy segura, puedes caminar por el area y conseguir restaurantes y mas... Lo unico que me parecio excecivamente caro fue el servicio de lavanderia, me dijeron que entregaban la ropa planchada y no fue asi, y el precio por lavar no mas de3 kilos de ropa fue en dolares $83. Por favor se podria trabajar en mejorar este servicio . Por todo lo demas 5 estrellas!!!!"
