The property is nice, clean, maintained properly, and the staff are very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay. I also highly recommend to eat at the Barbella restaurant right outside the lobby 10/10 won’t be disappointed.

Great place to stay in very nice area. The hotel was spotless, bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. I had breakfast there and was very satisfied with the meal. I had an appointment at the consulate and even though it was past checkout time the front desk was very helpful with allowing me to store my bag with them and return to get it after my appointment. The are around the hotel is full of some very cool and exciting restaurants and shopping. Highly reccomend.

I was very satisfied with the room size, layout, and cleanliness. I also really enjoyed the social hour, which made it easy to have dinner. The location was excellent as well, and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I had such a comfortable and satisfying stay for four days. If I come back to Guadalajara, I would definitely stay here again.

Everyone was very nice, clean rooms , comfortable mattresses nice fluffy pillows, good breakfast, and it is set in a very nice place inthe city lot of very nice restaurants, bars and nightlife, and even so the rooms are very quiet!! Highly recommended!!

Convenient location if you're going to the US consulate. Staff is nice and friendly. The rooms have a small kitchenette which is useful if you're staying for a few days. The rooms are kind of old, but clean enough.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was awesome and Rita and her staff were amazing providing first-class service. We don't have any complaints except that we would have liked to have a colder room, particularly at night time (had trouble sleeping through the night even though the front desk lowered the temperature a little).

The room was very clean and comfortable. The entire staff were incredible and provided service beyond compare. The morning breakfasts included a variety of food to meet everyone’s tastes and start of the day well. Three special get togethers in the evening were unique to this hotel. I have stayed in this hotel many times in the past and plan more visits in the future. I recommend this hotel most highly!

The breakfast room is clean, the food is okay but the in suite where we stayed we found a roach in the bathroom, which we reported and they came to clean but nothing else was done. Those suites are constantly rented and perhaps they need to fumigate every couple of weeks to maintain the suites clean from any vermin.
