"The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Access was easy using the door enrty codes provided. Wifi was good and easy to log onto. The Guest house was also vey quiet, with no disturbances. I used the breakfast room before I left, and ate granola, greek yoghurt and blueberries with a Coffee latte. These were dispensed from a vending machine, but were fresh and tasted lovely. Bowls, mugs and cuttlery were available. The staff I met were also friendly and chatty. I would highly recommend...

"I was drawn to this place because the reviews were so excellent and it did not disappoint. Paul and Fiona were exceptional hosts - available but not overbearing and provided me with information on where I could go running in the local area. The room was beautiful and spotless and the breakfast was incredible every day (I especially loved the Sunday special which was French Toast when I stayed). It's a 12 min walk from York Minster so a great location but not in the total hustle and bustle. I...
