"Great location, large comfortable rooms although a bit worn, some mould in bathroom. However the noise from the nightclub on the 15th floor was pretty extreme. Just travelled down the lift shaft. We could even feel the bass while lying in bed. My son and I are good sleepers so we used thick earplugs and were fine. I had read about this issue and requested a quiet room in advance but we were still put next to the lifts. Rooms in the other wing are probably not affected. Either lose the nightclub or categorise and price rooms based on noise impacts. Anything else is unfair to guests."

"Everything was great! Staff very attentive and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. We went to NYC for my daughter’s birthday and I casually mentioned it at the check in and they surprised us with balloons and a small chocolate platter in the room, that was very sweet of them :). Location is A+, I would definitely go back. "
