"When I arrived at the front desk on the 2nd April, 2026 at about 6pm, I met a staff that was very unfriendly and looked angry. I booked for four nights for 474USD. My credit card was usedin the reservation and i opted to pay upon arrival. When I arrived I had cash to pay for my reservation, but I was charged for 500USD for paying cash and 474USD if I wanted to pay by credit card. My question is, why is this so? I feel it is a cheat. I didnt have a choice so I paid. The hotel is basic and amenities are old. The breakfast is very basic and not continental as described. The location is good as there is Walmart behind and Wawa Store opposite. Over all, I feel paying by card or cash must have the same value and not be different. "

"The person who worked up front was very rude, unwilling to help or take any accountability. I came in late at night to see if a room was available. I hoped it would be cheaper because I checked in at 10 PM instead of 3 PM but no. Then I stood there & booked through hotels.com because it was slightly cheaper. After it was done, he said it takes forty minutes to come through? He also told me to stand outside even though there was a raccoon outside. I said no I’ll just wait in the lobby because you already charged my credit card & it was freezing outside. Then he made me panic because he said it wasn’t coming through and asked me to call your support team…and I couldn’t find the number. He said it’s not his problem (even though he works in hospitality). I said your inn should not use hotels.com if you can’t guarantee a reservation even after I paid for it. I said if this doesn’t get resolved then I will have to call the police. Eventually it came through but the room I got had a door that would not close properly. I will not go back to this inn. "

"The hotels.com and Motel6 was crazily inflexible. I'd accidentally booked a smoking room (apparently that is still a thing), and despite there being 6 empty non-smoking rooms they could not just move me into another room without having me pay for both rooms. The guy was like: "computer says no"."

"The location was great, right off the highway. Staff was super friendly. Room was.clean. The best was the bathroom mirror, it had a section that did not fog up after a shower! The temperature in the room was also perfect. "

"Absolutely ужасный hotel. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Do NOT come here, especially with family or kids. The place is filthy, the room smells terrible, and the sheets were dirty with hair on them. There are questionable people everywhere, and you can hear disturbing noises from other rooms all the time. Completely unacceptable — avoid this place at all costs."

"Spacious room, great continental breakfast, there is a bus that is a 5-10 walk from the hotel that takes you straight to Manhattan (my home town 😀). very friendly staff! My room had a slight odor and there was cracks in the floor of one of the elevators. However the room smell was likely from the air conditioner and the crackin the floor was being repaired. I would stay here again. "
