"Check in was very easy - I received an email and was able to check in that way, so when I got to the hotel, I just needed to request the room keys. Room was large and very comfortable - my husband said it may be the most comfortable hotel bed he's ever slept in! Excellent location close to lots of restaurants and attractions, and easily accessible subway stops. Area felt very safe and modern."

"This was our first trip to the financial district. We met friends of ours for an incredible night in the city. We originally had blocked midtown but decided we were hoping to be able to do ferry and 9/11 memorial so I switched hotels. Unfortunately we had terrible weather and weren’t able to do the outside activities, however, we are gonna come back in May and the for us are gonna stay here again. I will never stay anywhere but here for any future trips to New York City. If I could get more than five stars, I would every staff member from the Concierge to maintenance was incredible with their acknowledgment and knowledge of where to go and what to do. "

"We LOVED our stay at FIDI NYC! The front desk workers were all professional, nice and very helpful! The hotel rooms and all areas were very clean! The hotel provided a warm, elegant atmosphere (during happy hour) to meet and connect with other guests while enjoying cheese, crackers and wine; (or you could just enjoy that time with your family &/friends)! That area also have a nice balcony view too! Lastly, every staff member was awesome, and we felt safe and secure during our stay! We look forward in staying here again! "
