"Room is pleasingly decorated and newly renovated. Balcony with a view to the bay over the driveway/road. Staff easy to communicate with, location was great with easy access to the Esplanade and the coffee out front was perfect. A couple of drawbacks for us were the pillow top (saggy) mattress was very uncomfortable and the balcony had rubbish (smokers left over ashtray - yuck)."

"This is a bare-bones venue. Don’t go in expecting too much and you won’t leave disappointed.
Bed was comfy but the room was small and not very well laid out. The toilet/shower wasn’t maintained well and there was clear evidence of rust.
I mainly booked it as I needed a spot to sleep while visiting Newcastle for a family gathering.
Staff were friendly and professional.

"The owners were great even let us late check out without extra charge due to circumstances.
They were friendly and the cleaning staff were amazing with our little ones also.
only thing I could say is the parking spaces are tight so if the place is full and u have a bigger car get in early or u will struggle a bit but luckily it wasn’t completly full so still 3-4 spaces left."
