"The Premier Inn is the perfect hotel to stay in if you are having a early morning flight. I had a flight out of Terminal 4 and it was about a six minute walk from reception to the terminal. Customer service was very nice and helpful. The meal deal was great and dinner and breakfast was lovely. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay again and highly recommend."

"We stayed in the suite on the eighth floor. The room was as always clean and comfortable with access to the private bar area. We dined at the restaurant at night which was excellent. "

"Rooms and locations are great, however during the stay on 2nd April 2026 the hotel hosted some event that was blasting music throughout the hotel until late in the evening. The event was on the ground floor and I was on the 4th floor so that gives you an idea how loud it was. I spoke to the night manager Bif** (obscuring name) and he basically refused to either ask them to stop or turn it down claiming they had a contract with the event and couldn't even ask them to turn it down. This hotel makes a lot more money from the event than renting out a room so if you come here you should hope that they don't have any events going on or you wont have a quiet night. "

"We have just returned from a relaxing one night stay and already booked for May! Reception, restaurant, lifts, rooms and communal areas were exceptionally clean. Staff were happy to assist. Pool area, sauna and steam room were clean, hot tub was hot. I could not fault the place! So for that reason…returning! "
