"The single negative Is that we ordered pizza we wanted to eat in bed but they then didn’t have any., Other than that, staff were polite and friendly, especially the ladies on reception in both the hotel and the pool on Wednesday evening. "As our second time here as first one was amazing. The second time was even better as we got a great deal and was able to have a brilliant breakfast too . The spa is perfect not too big or over crowded and specific times for kids worked out well."

"Das Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend, Englisches Frühstück für 12 Pfund pro Person ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Es gab nur eine Wurst ein Schinken zwei Sorten Käse und dann klassisches warmes Essen, aber keine Gurken ,Tomaten oder Paprika. Positiv ist aber die möglich keit ein Omelett frisch mit drei zusatz Zutaten nach Wahl zu erhalten."

"Our room was cosy & clean in the Garden house. We loved the buggies that took us all around the different parts of the estate. The staff were so friendly & helpful. Our Sunday dinner was delicious. Breakfast was excellent too. The SPA tailored massage treatment given by Sylvia was so amazing. The indoor swimming pool was lovely. The saunas & jacuzzi was so relaxing. We had an amazing Birthday celebration at Beaverbrook. I highly recommend this hotel. "
