"Amazing hotel. We had a suite that overlooked the lake and city and had a spa tub on the balcony! It was well worth the extra price to wake up and see the sun highlighting the lake and a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to all our needs. A short walk from restaurants, bars, shops, and train station. This was a great place to stay!!"

El personal es muy amable, fue muy sencillo hacer el check in y pedir que guardaran nuestro equipaje hasta la hora en que la habitación estuviera disponible. La habitación estaba limpia, agradable e incluso tenía un pequeño juego y libro para niños. El desayuno en el restaurante es muy bueno. Beautiful view of Lake Lucerne and the mountains. Cons: our room was hot, the ac system did little to cool the room, we had to sleep with the windows open and the hotel provided a fan on request.
