"Prefect experience on all counts. Expectational staff and property. If you need to visit this region, forget every place else and book here. This hotel will make you feel at home, and you will sleep like a rock. I have stayed in top hotels around the world, and no place comes closer the that at home experience. The pictures on their website do not do it justice. The owners are professional, kind, and always happy to help with any issue or question. 10 out of 5 stars."

"There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!"

"The inn is very pretty. Make sure to have all the instructions available before you arrive. We arrived late at night, nobody was at the front desk and cell phone reception was terrible so it took me a bit of time to find the room number and code to get in. Be ready to take stairs to get to your room. The room was beautiful and so clean. We never got to see any staff on site, but our short stay was very pleasant."

If you attempted to change the channel, go into netflix, turn volume up or turn tv off it would either not work at all or would take up to 1 minute to work and then it would jump around. We thought it was the batteries in the remote sp exchanged for new batteries, still no luck. Spoke to the front desk and he came up to take a look. He called a technician and before the front desk employee could finish explaining what the issue was the tech said "thats a weather issue,...

"I would never stay at this motel again. From the moment we arrived, the experience was terrible. The bed sheets and blankets had a horrible smell, and we had to ask the staff to replace all of the bedding on our very first day. The comforters had cigarette burn holes, everything smelled unpleasant, and the room felt dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to wear flip-flops while showering because it didn’t feel clean at all. The shower curtain was filthy and clearly had not been replaced...

"We enjoyed staying at the Queen of Catskills B&B. Both husband and wife are very personable and make you feel welcome. We stayed in the yellow room so we could have our own bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great. The clawfoot bathtub looked great but was steep and slated at the bottom. "The staff were wonderful, the Inn is cozy and well maintained. It’s very pet friendly and the meals were excellent. One thing we missed is having coffee/tea available if you’re up before breakfast."
