We got in about 20 minutes before the front counter closed for the night in October. It's getting darker earlier and much colder at night. Our room was nice and toasty when we checked in and got to our room. There was an in room iron and board which was convenient. The guy at the front desk was friendly.

If you're staying in the area, stay here instead of the Walton Motel (20 minutes down the road. It is much cleaner and the staff is much more professional.

This stay was comfortable and quiet. The coffee was fresh and the linens clean. The single room we stayed in felt like a small form room. Next time, we would get the double queen room for more space. Shower was clean and warm but very small. The hotel was full of guests and we still never heard a sound. The microwave and refrigerator was a blessing. It is a great choice if you need to stay in the Delhi area

Clean and comfortable altho not fancy.

It’s a typical motel in upstate NY. It was clean and comfortable but not fancy. In a safe location very near Delhi village and SUNY. Good value.

I’ve stayed here 3x with no issues check in was pleasant and staff very helpful. . My only suggestion is to have a lock box for early check out keys. I felt bad calling the manager at 6 am to tell him I was checking out early. Other than that suggestion, I will return again with no issue.

Comfortable stay

Our experience was good. The room was clean, however it just has a distinct smell nothing you can’t handle and i imagine is because is an older motel. The downside to it is that there is not even muffins or donuts in the morning, only coffee and tea but the water was kind of funky looking. Other than that, the reception was pleasant and quick to get us our room.

They didn’t offer breakfast or tell me they had coffee in the lobby and my dad woke me up early too take him too McDonald’s to get some other than that it was great

No hot water, which they sent a text stating they have 2 rooms reserved if we wanted to shower. Beds were very uncomfortable. Woke up with the middle of the bed sunk in so bad.

I didn't like the smell of the place. The lobby and room both smell of overly sprayed room spray. The mini fridge was pretty noisy. The window was open at the top and I didn't notice until the morning. I had put the air conditioner on but it didn't really cool the room, not sure if it was because the window was open.

DFO NOT GO

I pulled up with my young daughter and three men were loiteering with alcohol on the front outside the rooms. I contacted Hotels .com to cancel and the automatic report was no refund. The owner of the Inn eventually called claiking I had not cancelled. I requested a refund given the very poor environment and the potential risk to my young daughter. he was veryn rude.
