"Overall, while a few initial issues unfortunately disrupted a significant portion of my first day, I truly appreciated the outstanding help and support I received from David. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and professional, and went above and beyond to help resolve everything. David took the time to listen, understand the situation, and ensure I felt supported throughout the process. He is a real asset to the hotel, and his dedication to guest satisfaction deserves recognition. The pool...

"Overall Review: This was my second time at the Grand Bavaro Princess. The place is comfortable ample and well kept. The food was another deal. It was difficult to plan and get reservation for the restaurants and if you in a group mind that you are only able to make reservations for the total people in your room. The staff attitudes at this resort was something we have never seen anywhere, they were all so unhappy in almost every area of the resort and seemed bothered to have to deal with the guests. This was the consensus around the resort. Something very strange to see and experience. The buffet was scarce, and each night had the...
