"Very nice hotel. Really pretty all around and clean. Food and staff were good. Only thing I would say is that it would be really nice to have like a trolly to get around and second thing is that they need to train their staff to be more empathic, inclusive and patient with people with any kind of dissabilitie. They deserve to be treated like any other guest and be able to enjoy like everyone. A super stupid “situation” happend while at the pool with a kid with autism and they quickly call...

"I absolutely loved my stay at El Embajador Hotel in Santo Domingo! The hotel is very nice, exceptionally clean, and the service was great. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with plenty of options to enjoy. The location is perfect , situated in a safe, upscale area of the capital, with several great local restaurants within walking distance, which was a huge plus. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations, and I will definitely be returning whenever I’m back in Santo Domingo! "

"All staff is very friendly.... had an issue with a long line at checking and check out but apparently is a temporary issue...while they fix the area.... other than that I would definitely recommend this resort. "

"Had an amazing stay at the Westin Punta Cana. The junior suite near the beach is spectacular. The restaurants were outstanding, all with super friendly staff, including and especially the servers on the beach. And of course, the property is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Punta Cana with beautiful Reef and sandbar located right in front of the property. I think I can say the Westin Punta Cana is an absolutely beautiful resort and for sure the best value in all of Punta...

"Bon hôtel, Le souci principal est de ne pas pouvoir atterrir à l'aéroport juste à côté, et donc de devoir payer le transfert aéroport hôtel en plus et faire 4h de route pour 1h30 d'avion... L'attente au niveau du bar est assez pénible également... Sinon bon accueil et personnel investi..."
