Staff was not very friendly except when you went to the main lobby area or were at the breakfast and lunch restaurant. "2/10 beware. Rooms smells moldy and humid. Since the room had that smells they throw some air freshener that makes it worst. I had my swimup room change. The new room still smelled moldy and humid but not harsh air freshener. Most of the hotel staff were nice. But some were rude and didn’t know how to respond to customer. "Cuando se adquirió la reserva, fue para un Hotel solo adultos. Lo que no sucedió, teníamos niños alojados. Incluso el la piscina exclusiva del Hotel solo adultos. Niños pidiendo en la barra oa bebida de sus padres. Se le hizo la observación a los empleados los cuales lo único que realizaron fue no despachar la bebida. Los padres no se vieron en el área de la piscina. Otro tema la bebida era pésima no tenían variedad."
