Countryside living experience

Los Bohios is such a cute, comfortable and clean place. As soon as I arrived to the facilities I fell in love with it. This is the place to go if you want essential accommodations, conducive to enjoying nature and to socializing with your travel busddies. The "bohios" are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Jarabacoa is just an awesome place to breath in :-). I would come back to this place and bring my friends and family.

Неожиданно очень милая гостиница, красивая территория. Отдельные домики со скромным, но чистым оформлением. Кондиционера нет, зато есть горячая вода! А вечером становится даже немного прохладно на улице. Тишина и поют птицы. Завтраки шикарные. Сотрудники очень дружелюбные. Расположение в горах- очень понравилось. Минус- долго искали, гугл неправильно ведет.

Remote tranquility

This is a tough review to write. The staff here are super friendly. Ramon will talk to you constantly if you know some spanish. The food is delicious and served in immense portions. The place is very remote and peaceful. I think it gets busy on weekends but during the week is nearly empty. This not for everyone. The accommodations are very very rustic. But it's truly a beautiful place. Good starting point for visits to La Cienaga, Ebano Verde, and Constanza. On another stay, we have ticked a 3, but the hot water wasn't working in our hut and Ramon took us to the wrong place and used us to ferry his onions. A day of planned hiking and birdwatching ended in lots of treacherous driving. Ramon is a decent guy but he is NOT a guide.
