Hotel Dekat Hillcrest Mall

"The pictures used to advertise the accommodation was deceptive, as they did not tally with the actual things on ground. The mattress collapsed deeply on impact and was uncomfortable to lay in. Furniture was old, duvet looked worn. The overall sanitation was poor. We could not stay and we had to move our bags back into the car soon after we checked in. It was a big disappointment. Staff never responded to our complaints despite our several attempts to communicate with them."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast served some delicious muffins. Overall, I would recommend the stay."

"Clean room and friendly staff. Highly recommended."

"Furniture - the bed was ok, however the single lounge chair was the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. And there was only one. For a multiple night stay for 2 people, you can’t spend the whole evening on the bed. The walls were thin. Too much noise came from next door."

"Very nice friendly staff , nice and clean , quiet no loud music. And my family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Net time we are in the area , we for sure we be staying there again."
