"We had a wonderful stay! Although a bit off the beaten path this hotel was still close to major amenities. It was quiet, clean and provided a great stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast offerings were great, although a tad on the cold side. All and all, a wonderful place to stay and we would return! "

"Location offered easy parking access and my car felt secure. I used public transit from the hotel into the city, and there were ample bus options available. (Though driving to a GO Station or Subway station would be recommended, for timeliness). Hotel staff were very welcoming and both check in and out were fast. The hotel felt quiet, offered all the amenities needed, and was perfect for one night as a solo individual. For the price, would stay here again. "

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable and quiet (despite my next statement)! The layout of the hotel is alot of fun and is centred around the bar/restaurant. The staff are the bar and restaurant are amazing - friendly and professional! The staff overall are really helpful and looking for ways to improve your guest experience! Looking forward to coming back here year after year for Little NHL! And looking forward to seeing the room refreshes!"

"Room and common areas were unclean, pool was rusty and not clean, mold on ceilings and stairs, carpet has large stains, rips in curtains, sharp shower tiles, elevator was broken. No shuttle even though it’s advertised on the website. Front staff, the woman working there was absolutely lovely Parking is easy"
