"Excelente todo, precio, limpieza, atención, cercanía a transporte, supermercado, centro comercial y restaurantes (esto último es lo que más abunda en Manchester, así que hay siempre cerca de cualquier sitio. La única pega es que el colchón del sofá cama es un papel, vamos, que no se puede llamar colchón, o sea que el "niñ@" que duerme ahí se tendrá que adaptar a lo que hay. "Everything was great about our stay. Fabulous room, comfortable bed but it was really warm and there was no way to cool it down. I asked for a fan but they didn’t provide one. Good in the Refuge was fabulous, complimentary drink was a lovely touch. Brrss as least was really good - lots of choice. Check in staff were great. The hotel is a bit of a maze but that adds to its character. Great location for exploring Manchester. Would definitely go back. . "

"Room was spotless and just what we needed. Man on reception was cheerful and helpful. Staff in the bar were professional and extremely courteous. This place and the service far exceeded my expectation. 10/10."

"The breakfast was very nice, however the vegetarian option was limited. There could have been mushrooms and vege sausages. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The spa facilities were fantastic and the staff were very polite and professional, would highly recommend them and would definitely be back to this hotel on my next visit to Manchester "

"Excellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the £5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra £5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...

"I paid £78 which for the quality of hotel, and the location was absolutely incredible value. Room was beautifully finished and the bed was so comfortable. Can’t ask for much more with that price - the lobby are is also beautiful "

"i booked a standard king bed.however,they use 2 single beds put together.and this causes discomfort because there is a hole in the middle of the bed.an ordinary hotel and should not get 4 stars.housekeeping is not clean.the room still has trash on it floor."
