"Check in wasn’t the best. The hotel says check in from 1pm - maybe on a good day. I was waiting for almost an hour to check in and was finally allocated a room at 1.35pm. This was compounded by two other sets of people who arrived at the hotel after me but got their rooms before me. There was no decaf coffee or tea in the room which wasn’t great and the tv doesn’t have standard channels, only apps. On the positive side, the staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and room functional."

"We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. "It literally is a lonely road as in buses pass there but finish early so if your flight is early either book a cab or walk 1hr5 like I did (would never recommend that as the environment was dark and road wasnt easy to walk on) as I arrived in had to wait for check in then got sent to the top floor with no offer of help with me suitcases (bear in mind its 3 floors no lift) not all thr staff are friendly. Put it this way...only stay there if you only need somewhere to rest your head in...
