"Das Zimmer war etwas warm und die Decken waren leicht beschädigt. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette waren zwar sauber, aber sehr alt – zum Beispiel war das Waschbecken beschädigt und alt. Aber das Personal war wirklich ausgezeichnet und sehr respektvoll. Ich danke Ihnen vielmals für Ihre Gastfreundschaft.“ "

"the GOOD: Great breakfast, and hotel staff very helpful. Nice that they offer amenities such as free coffee and filtered water in the lobby, a billards table/ping pong/lifesize chess to play, chocolate caramels at the reception. We had in issue with the air system in our room the first day and the front desk first tried to fix it with us and then she eventually switched us to another room. the BAD: overall the rooms were a bit dated, our bathroom towel hooks were broken and the comfort+ rooms...

"Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen dennoch in einer Abends ruhigeren Gegend. Die Zimmer waren überwiegend sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher und Reinigung. Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende hier und würden nochmal kommen."

"I had a great experience with the staff really caring about customer needs. I asked for an early check in and they made it possible out of the impossible. I had to leave late so they kept my lugggage without any issues. Offered to call me a taxi. Amazing experience! Thank you!"
