"Room was ok tidy carpets in the hallway were a bit stained questionable, could be a bit cleaner but think that could just age the bathroom shower was terrible. The water would suddenly would scolding hot. With no warning and water pressure would drop off. Breakfast was nice fresh Continental with a few hot bits. Staff are nice helpful."

"Pros: the room was very clean and the breakfast was great. Cons: the person at the front desk was quite unfriendly and unhelpful, and he made the check-in process confusing and unpleasant. Also, the rooms are designed strangely... no counter space, towel racks, or shelves in the bathroom, an ironing board but no iron, blackout curtains that are too small for the window, strange light switch locations, no mini fridge, etc. "

"Clean and spacious room. This hotel is stunning! Impeccable! Very closed by to the airport. Train station is just in front of the hotel. Nearby small walking distance supermarket for a snack or small food. Restaurants also nearby. I am very specific and picky when it comes to hotel and this one, was the perfect one 👌. They have a shuttle car to and from the airport. You just have to say at what time you would like to get picked up. It's a very punctual service."

"I usually only stay here at the end of a business trip. It is super convenient to catch early flights from the BRU airport and they have a good shuttle service to the airport. My only complaint, and I don’t know when it started, but the last two times I’ve stayed, the restaurant was only serving an overpriced (€30+), sub-par, cafeteria style buffet for dinner. No other menu items."

"This hotel had the most lovely staff and the location was fantastic. It was clean and accessible. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I've never been in a hotel room so small. It was was too cramped for three people, but thankfully we were only here on night. If I were to be travelling with just two people though, I would stay here again. The main square is a couple minutes walk and there's tons of food, markets, and entertainment right outside the hotel. It's not far from the central...

Arrivo in camera, premetto che pioveva e facevafreddo, trovo la camera ghiacciata, riscaldamento inesistente, chiedo al personale, mi dicono che provvederanno, ma nulla succede, alla seconda lamentela mi mandano una stufetta elettrica. "Pleasant location with easy access to many restaurants and shopping centers. The room was nice, but the room service wasn't the best. We booked a family suite, but unfortunately, they didn't give us the view we requested. Instead, we had a view of the interior of the hotel, which felt very strange."
