"This hotel was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet offered a big selection, even included mimosas. The location was fantastic- on a lively square with cafes and shopping. A good mix of locals and visitors. Easy walking to museums and other parks. I had a superior room that was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable! "

"New hotel in a tower. Everybody is on a higher floor because of some businesses in the middle floors. Check-in area is crowded with a bar and you have to walk down some stairs (there may be an elevator) and through a cafe to make it to the elevators. The botanical garden is next door but has limited opening hours. The neighborhood is not great, and the walk to North Station downright scary."

"The room is big for European standards. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The bed linen and bath towels are clean and no smell of cigarette or chemicals. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The hotel staff are also very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. There are a Vietnamese, a Korean and a Thai restaurant near the hotel within 5 minutes walk if you enjoy Asian food. A small grocery store and a “Paul” bakery also within 3 minutes walk. A bus stop is right in front, we need to take the bus to get off the next stop to catch the metro, or you can walk 15 minutes to the metro station. "
