"Locations is not conducive for traveler who want to see top 10 sights Taxi will cost you 10000 yen a day to get to any place of interest Spa and swimming pool are great, Restaurants wonderful View from the room is one of a kind"

"Location not ideal"

"We liked the proximity to the train station and in walking distance to central Shinjuku and Koreatown. It's in a residential neighborhood very close to the trains. The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....

"A Solo Traveler's Dream Stay! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially solo world travelers. The location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to access local transportation and navigate the area. The food at the hotel was consistently good, which was a huge convenience after a long day of exploring. As a solo traveler, I highly appreciated the practical amenities. Having excellent coin laundry facilities on-site was a massive plus for keeping...

"2 markets and a ramen place right next to this place. Train station is 8 mins away. Have to try the fried chicken place right down the street next to the train station!!"

"Great!"

"We loved being here. It's very well located and comfortable. Kiyo and Jeffrey are great and always helpful. We would definitely come back!"

"Convenient location and very efficient staff"

"비교적 나쁘지 않음. 다만, 거실에만 냉난방기 있음. 방에 냉난방기 없는 것은 많이 아쉬움. 수건/타울 세트가 5일 묵었는데, 하루치 밖에 없음. 무인운영 시스템이라, 불만 개선 등이 바로안됨."

"The staff could be more helpful. When asked the front lady if she can help call a restaurant for reservation, she responded that she is busy."

"All good"

"Convenient and busy hotel"
