"Parking is luck of the draw. Be prepared to parallel park or for a nice walk. Staff was amazing, good conversation and immediately attentive to glue together something of mine that broke in transit. Would stay again!"

Our only problem was we requested extra blankets after returning from dinner with the same woman we checked in with- heavy set older woman. She told us she was alone and would have to retrieve from housekeeping and would bring them later. 2 hrs later my husband went back to the desk to ask her about the blankets as we wanted to go to bed. The same woman again said she would have to go to housekeeping like she would be...

"The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"

"For the amount of money that we paid they need to upgrade the hotel. Everything is all carpet is coming up in the homes and elevators was very small for $200"
