"Overall we had a good stay at this hotel, the staff was nice and helpful when we asked. The breakfast was great with lots of selections. However, there was NO shampoo or conditioner left in the dispensers in the shower at all, you could tell they just never refilled it after multiple stays. And we had to ask for extra towels, we had 5 staying in the room and we only received two towels.
