We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. I told them I had booked the property for a few nights, and they told me they were staying there for a few days and won't be leaving. I tried to reach out to the owner didn’t get a response ..
