Everything from the warm welcomed, personal service, cleanliness, beds, pillows and deliciously fragranced Leif amenities was first class. The respectful renovation and gentle modernisation of this beautiful Victorian building provided a quiet sophistication that was greatly appreciated. Our room provided everything we could wish for and more (two showers anyone?! Wow!). Great location with easy access to Balmoral and Manly beaches, and only a short drive from the city centre and airport. Everyone we spoke to during our stay was friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. Will gladly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we ever return to the area. Despite the gold status bottle of wine we were supposed to be offered, we had to ask 3 times to actually receive it. "

"The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful, customer service at its best. The room was dated but clean enough, bed was soft but clean, toiletries provided were nice. Our room was on the main road which is noisy, ear plugs fixed that. Had everything we needed for long weekend. Bus to city and zoo right outside, convenient spot."
