Was put in a room on level 2 which shakes and is extremely loud from the train line directly below. "Awesome! A perfect stay for us! The hotel located at good location, about 3 minutes walk to the Metro station (Victoria Cross). The room is spacious, clean, quiet. Smooth check-in, front desk staff super friendly and helpful. I booked with breakfast buffet, good breakfast with variety of choice. "

"maybe it s all in black, that s why I get to see more dust with my eyes.. but dust everywhere. and I doubt cleaners can clean thoroughly as the lights in the room is a bit deemed out. shower head was broken, so could not fix the head, I had to use backwall to fix it... "

"Very good sized room with good separate area for sink/kettle/fridge etc. Great view. Room probably needing refurb soon in bathroom and a clean carpet. We were quite surprised breakfast and room cleaning wasn’t included in the price."

"Continuous Terrible smell from room, pillows & bed were so uncomfortable which disrupted sleep for everyone. Staff attitude was such that we were the last person they wanted on earth to board the hotel. Not sure how this hotel is keeping up with any competition in a busy city like Sydney."

But the Expedia confirmation only said 2 adults. Confusing and ended up resolving it at the hotel without too much hassle. Good service tbh. Acoustic separation between rooms was a problem.
