"I loved the satu"

"We were up majority of the night. Our neighboring room had multiple adult females that were screaming , laughing so loud . At 2am we called front desk to ask them to intervene. This continued until almost 4am. We had to be up for a whale watching cruise so this was a terrible experience that cost me $360"

"This is a beautiful property. I felt very uncomfortable in the huge double shower. There is a partial glass wall in the shower that would be easy to bump in to. They really need to put some grab bars in the shower to avoid slips and falls."

"The hotel was really charming. It wasn't a giant resort or chain. It felt like a vacation and was so comfortable. The room and all common areas were clean. The pool area was great and there were tons of seating and gathering places including a fire pit, some cabanas, and just some family type gathering spaces.The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this great little place to anyone. "
