"The staff were so nice, they always greeted us with a nice smile and helped us find things. The breakfast was so yummy, with a buffet of fruit and lots of local foods. The Spa in house is very good. The location is also great, we could walk to all the sightseeing spots from the hotel. There were lots of good restaurants close by, too! The room was clean and the bed was comfy! "

"Just left this lovely little hotel. We had a great stay. Nothing is to hard for the super friendly staff. The breakfast was lovely. The location made it easy to get around the old quarter. We stayed in two different room types which were both roomy with comfy beds. We took a Ha Long Bay trip in between rooms where they stored our luggage for us. Thanks we would come back for sure."

"The arrival was initially welcoming with a nice drink and a greeting from the hotel manager. We were then showed a room on the first floor that was apparently the room we booked, but it didn’t look like the pictures. Then we were shown a better room that looked more like the photos of the room we booked, and told we could “upgrade” for $5 USD a night. "Pictures on the website are miss leading. We were supposed to get the Junior Suite and ended up getting a different room. The room was supposed to have a table and chairs on the balcony and also a bigger chair in the room. There was nothing like that all. Shower had mold in it. Building across the street had music blasting until the late hours of the night. Would definitely Not Stay Here Again. "

"My friend and I stayed here for a week and our stay was fantastic. A big reason why is the incredible staff! They are incredibly kind and accommodating. Whenever we would return from gallivanting in Hanoi, we’d always have lovely chats with them at the front desk to which they would recommend things to do. The place itself was in such a great location in the Old Quarter and was within walking distance to everything we explored in Hanoi. The complimentary breakfast was so fresh and yummy, too!...

"Lovely stay! The staff were accommodating and very helpful! They upgraded our room free of charge! The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable! We were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout while waiting for our train! Highly recommend and would return!"

"Property is very close to Old Town, Hanoi. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. The apartment was bright, and had two huge outdoor balcony/terraces. It was very clean comfortable and had a nice, open kitchen. It was very easy to book the suite through the property manager, and she was available, and I was able to contact if there was any problems . Access was through a small coffee shop to an elevator directly to the suite. I would definitely stay again...

"Giving three stars mainly for the lovely and accommodating staff. But unfortunately our room was not in great condition. It was on the first floor at the back of the building and felt very worn. The bathroom was moldy, with a broken shower handle and rain shower. The hallway was also quite dark, and overall the hotel feels tired and in need of maintenance. We requested and paid for a short extension and were moved to a smaller room, which the staff kindly arranged. It was also on the first floor...
