Because of the narrow streets, the hotel's surroundings are exceptionally calm, which makes it a peaceful spot to rest and relax. "Ruken Konagi is a beautiful old building in a convenient location. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the staff were very helpful. "Great place, good amenities! From taxis and shuttles for transportation to the 24 hour valet parking. Breakfast is provided and is very fresh with great coffee. Its no more than a 15 minute drive to everything you'd need in gaziantep.
Its very quiet and the staff are respectful.
I'll definitely book here again with my eyes closed on my next trip."

"MashaAllah very nice staff. Greeted us warmly. Clean room and bathroom and mini fridge. Whenever we had issues it was promptly addressed. الحمد لله
We asked for quit room so we were given a room upstairs on the 2nd floor. Only minor concerns most likely due to 2nd lloor is that we only had Luke warm or bit hotter than lukewarm water even after we reported concern. This is minor issue especially since it’s warm out. Ac worked very well. There’s was some wedding music but that’s to be expected in the downtown area.
Overall I would say dont hesitate and book its very good value and good people hosting you. "

"Centrally located, very walkable. The room is well equipped. Cleaning can be improved a bit (I saw some dust under the bed). Wifi works on the ground floor only. Free tea/coffee with biscuits available near the reception though it would be nice if they offered a proper breakfast. But all in all it's a good deal. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel :) "
